Ops I promised myself that I would never go above 12 stone again, and guess what after 2 weeks of holiday I am now 12 stone yet again. How rubbish!
I can not blame anyone else, sadly my piggy ways have led to my downfall, too many big meals, glasses of wine and little treats. I will have to think hard about who I can pass the buck too, I wonder who I could dump the blame on for my fat arse.
I had hoped to quickly get back on track, but am still struggling, so watch this space for the return of my motivation.......
